ان رئيس الجمهورية,

بناء على الدستور,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 102/83

وتعديلاته (الدفاع الوطني), لا سيما

المادة 23 منه,

بناء على اقتراح وزير الدفاع الوطني,

وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ 01/10/1998

يرسم ما يأتي:

مادة 1: عين العميد الركن إبراهيم عباس مديراً عاماً للإدارة في وزارة الدفاع الوطني.
