المادة 1

مادة 1: تنشأ غرفة قضائية خامسة في مجلس شورى الدولة,

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعين السيد ميشال عبود مستشار لدى مجلس شورى الدولة, درجة فوق القمة, (رقمه المالي 118/6/), رئيسا للغرفة المنشأة بموجب المادة الاولى من هذا المرسوم, برتبة رئيس غرفة درجة اولى, دون تعديل في الراتب , ويحتفظ له بحقه في القدم المؤهل للتدرج.

مادة 3: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
