مادة 1: عدلت المادة الثانية من المرسوم رقم 1040 المؤرخ في 31 كانون الثاني سنة 1950 على الوجه التالي: يرأس اللجنة الفاحصة وزير العدلية او مندوبه ويشترك فيها نقيب المحامين, ومندوب عن وزير التربية الوطنية والفنون الجميلة.
