مادة 1: تحتسب الزيادة المقررة بموجب المادة الخامسة من المرسوم رقم 4035 تاريخ 15/7/1987 على المعاشات التقاعدية او على اقسامها على اساس المعاشات او اقسامها بتاريخ 30/6/1986.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا المرسوم ابتداء من اول كانون الثاني 1987.
