بناء على الدستور
بناء على قانون المحاسبة العمومية وتعديلاته لا سيما المادة ٥٢ منه
بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم ٦٤ تاريخ ١٩٧٧/٦/٢٥ (اعفاء الهبات المقدمة للادارات العامة والمؤسسات العامة والبلديات بقصد المساعدة من جميع الرسوم)
بناء على المرسوم رقم ٤٤٦١ تاريخ ٢٠٠٠/١٢/١٥ وتعديلاته (قانون الجمارك)
بناء على القانون رقم ٣٧٩ تاريخ ٢٠٠١/١٢/١٤ وتعديلاته (الضريبة على القيمة المضافة)،
بناء على المرسوم رقم ٥٦٧١ تاريخ ٢٠١٩/٩/٢٠ (إعفاءات من الرسوم الجمركية كافة بما فيها الحد الأدنى للرسم الجمركي)
بناء على اقتراح وزير الخارجية والمغتربين ووزير المالية
وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٦/٢٧
يرسم ما يأتي:
قُبلت الهبة العينية المقدمة من السيد أنطوان أبي حبلي الى وزارة الخارجية والمغتربين وهي عبارة عن أعمال تجديد في مبنى الأشرفية - قسم المصادقات بحسب اللائحة المرفقة ربطا.
قيمة الهبة التقديرية /٥٥٠٤,٤٩/ دولار أميركي أي ما يعادل /٤٩٢,٦٥١,٨٥٥/ ل.ل. / /٤٩٢,٦٥١,٨٥٥/ل.ل. (أربعمائة وإثنان وتسعون مليون وستمائة وواحد وخمسون ألف وثمانمائة وخمسة وخمسون ليرة لبنانية لا غير).
يُعمل بهذا المرسوم فور صدوره وينشر حيث تدعو الحاجة.
