بناء على الدستور

بناء على المرسوم رقم ١٤٣٦ تاريخ ١٩٥٠/٣/٢٣ (نظام فتح المدارس الخاصة) وتعديلاته ولا سيما المرسوم رقم ٩٤٠٨ تاريخ ١٩٩٦/١٠/١٥.

بناء على الإستدعاء المقدم من السيدة لمس عمار الغريب والمسجل بالرقم ١٢/٣٣٣٧ تاريخ ٢٠٢٢/٤/١٤ والمتضمن طلب الإجازة لها بفتح مدرسة خاصة في بعورته (قضاء عاليه) باسم مدرسة «Brilliant Modern School».

بناء على إقتراح وزير التربية والتعليم العالي،

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

أجيز للسيدة لمس عمار الغريب المولودة عام ١٩٨٠ في كفرمتى (قضاء عاليه) فتح مدرسة خاصة كاملة المراحل، وللتقوية في بعض المواد، وتعليم اللغات، وتعليم الكمبيوتر، والموسيقى،

والرسم، خارجية، مختلطة، شتائية، نهارية، مع حق التدريس صيفا على العقار رقم ٥١٢ من منطقة بعورته العقارية (قضاء عاليه) باسم مدرسة «Brilliant Modern School».

لا يحق للمدرسة المذكورة مباشرة التدريس قبل الحصول على ترخيص يعطى بقرار من وزير التربية والتعليم العالي، وتسقط الاجازة حكما إذا لم تستحصل صاحبتها خلال خمس سنوات من إعطائها على الترخيص المذكور ما لم تجدد بمرسوم لمرة واحدة فقط ولأسباب معللة.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
