مادة 10: يضاف الى المادة السادسة من المرسوم رقم 7082 تاريخ 12 نيسان سنة 1967 ما يلي: مصح بحنس 6 اسرة x8،5 ل.ل. x 214 يوم = 10914 ل.ل. وذلك لمعالجة المساجين المصابين بامراض صدرية.
