مادة 1: تنشأ قنصلية فخرية للبنان في مدينة لومي تشمل صلاحياتها جميع اراضي جمهورية "توغو".

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعين السيد ميشال سليم خليفة قنصلا فخريا للبنان في مدينة لومي.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر ويبلغ هذا المرسوم حيث تدعو الحاجة.
