Art. 15, Legislative decree No. 66 of 5 Aug 1967

المادة 15

على كل من يقيم حفلة او سلسلة من حفلات اللهو او الاستمتاع العارضة ايا كان محل اقامتها وسواء اكانت خاضعة او غير خاضعة للضريبة ان يقدم الى الدائرة المالية المختصة تصريحا خطيا يعلمها فيه عن تاريخ الحفلة او الحفلات قبل موعد مباشرتها باسبوع على الاقل. وان يضمن تصريحه المعلومات التالية:

- اسم مقيم الحفلة او الحفلات وجنسيته ومحل اقامته الدائم.

- اسم المحل الذي ستقام فيه الحفلة او الحفلات.

- مواعيد اقامة الحفلة او الحفلات.

- بدلات الارتياد والعدد الاقصى للمقاعد.

للدائرة المالية المختصة ان تطلب من صاحب العلاقة اية معلومات اضافية بهذا الصدد.
