تخضع امكنة اللهو او الاستمتاع لمراقبة تجريها لجان خاصة تحدد مهامها ومدة عملها وعدد اعضائها وتعويضاتها بمرسوم يتخذ في مجلس الوزراء تؤلف هذه اللجان بقرار من مدير المالية العام بناء على اقتراح رئيس مصلحة الواردات .
