المادة 1
مادة 1: تفرض علاوة استثنائية مؤقتة على ضرائب الدخل قدرها 5 % ( خمسة بالمئة) من اصل الضريبة المتوجبة على اي دخل او ربح يتجاوز الخمسة الاف ليرة في السنة.
