المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تفرض علاوة استثنائية مؤقتة على ضرائب الدخل قدرها 5 % ( خمسة بالمئة) من اصل الضريبة المتوجبة على اي دخل او ربح يتجاوز الخمسة الاف ليرة في السنة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تضاف هذه العلاوة الى التكاليف المتعلقة بسنتي التكليف 1967 و1968 عملا باحكام المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 144 تاريخ 12/6/1959 والقانون الصادر بتاريخ 17 ايلول سنة 1962.

المادة 3

مادة 3: تطبق على فرض هذه العلاوة واستيفائها والاعتراض عليها استردادها الاحكام السارية المفعول على الضريبة المتخذة اساسا لحسابها.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر هذا المرسوم الاشتراعي ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
