المادة 2

تحدد سلسلة رواتب موظفي الافتاء وفقا للجدول - ب - الملحق بهذا المرسوم.

المادة 3

تلغى جميع النصوص والاحكام المخالفة لاحكام هذا المرسوم او التي لا تأتلف مع مضمونه.

المادة 4

ينشر هذا المرسوم في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
