المادة 1

تحرر سندات بقيمة الاشغال المنفذة بواسطة المتعهدين بطريقة التمويل وفقا للمواعيد المحددة في المرسوم رقم 9184 تاريخ 18/1/1968 من قبل الادارة المكلفة بالتنفيذ وتوقع بالقبول من قبل وزير المالية.

المادة 2

تحرر السندات وفقا لنموذج خاص تضعه مصلحة الخزينة في وزارة المالية (المديرية العامة للمالية).

المادة 3

ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
