مادة 1: يمدد اعتبارا من 1/1/1970 ولغاية 31/12/1970 العمل بالملاكات المؤقتة المحدثة في وزارة الاشغال العامة والنقل والمدد العمل بها بموجب المرسوم رقم 11662 تاريخ 9/1/1969.
