ان رئيس الجمهورية,

بناء على الدستور,

بناء على القانون رقم 11/63 تاريخ 15/02/1963 (قرض تراجع للبناء عن محور او عن جوانب الطرق العامة),

بناء على المرسوم رقم 15299 تاريخ 05/02/1964 (تنظيم فرض تراجع للبناء عن محور وعن جوانب الطرق العامة) وتعديلاته,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 1315 تاريخ 19/03/1965 (تصنيف شبكة الطرق العامة) وتعديلاته,

بناء على اقتراح وزير الاشغال العامة,

وبعد استطلاع رأي مجلس شورى الدولة رقم 176/95-96 تاريخ 22/01/1996

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

تصنيف طرق محلية الطرق المبينة في اللوائح المرفقة بهذا المرسوم.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
