المادة 1

مادة 1: يعدل نص المادة 3 من المرسوم رقم 8121 تاريخ 29/8/1967 على النحو التالي: يعين المدير العام الاداري بمرسوم بناء على اقتراح وزير الاشغال العامة والنقل. ويمكن انهاء خدمته في اي وقت بالطريقة نفسها.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به لضرورة الاسراع فور نشره.
