المادة 143
يعطي امين الصندوق والجباة لقاء كل مبلغ يقبضونه ايصالا رسميا، وكل من يقبض اموالا، عائدة للمؤسسة ولا يعطي بها ايصالا نظاميا يعد مختلسا.
