مادة 1: انهيت حكما مهام الكاتب العدل في النبطية السيد هاني محمد ظاهر, اعتبارا من تاريخ 6/11/2004 لبلوغه الرابعة والستين من العمر.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
