يمسك الجهاز الخاص سجلا بالقرارات الإدارية يدون فيهما رقم كل قرار وتاريخ وروده، بعد إعطائه رقما متسلسلا، وتاريخ تنفيذه وتاريخ إعادته وتسليمه إلى مرجعه.
