إن رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور لا سيما البند 5 من المادة 53 والفقرة (د) من البند 1 من المادة 29 منه،

يرسم ما يأتي:

مادة 1: أعتبرت الحكومة التي يرئسها السيد فؤاد السنيورة مستقيلة.

المادة 2
