إن رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي 102 تاريخ 16/9/1983 (قانون الدفاع الوطني) وتعديلاته لا سيما المادة 19 منه،

بناء على اقتراح وزير الدفاع الوطني،

وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ 29/8/2008،

يرسم ما يأتي:

مادة 1: عين العميد الركن جان قهوجي قائدا للجيش، ورقي إلى رتبة عماد اعتبارا من 29/8/2008

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به فور صدوره.
