إن رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)، لا سيما المادة 115 منه،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2632 تاريخ 18/1/1980 (إنشاء اتحاد بلديات المتن الأعلى)،

بناء على قرار بلدية شويت رقم 16/2007م، تاريخ 20/4/2007،

بناء على قرار اتحاد بلديات المتن الأعلى رقم 24 تاريخ 7/10/2008،

بناء على اقتراح وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: ضمت بلدية شويت إلى اتحاد بلديات المتن الأعلى ـ قضاء بعبدا ـ محافظة جبل لبنان.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
