إن رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)، لا سيما المادة 115 منه،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 1895 تاريخ 6/5/2009 (انشاء اتحاد بلديات شرق زحلة)،

بناء على قرار بلدية عين كفرزبد رقم 30 تاريخ 12/6/2010،

بناء على قرار اتحاد بلديات شرق زحلة رقم 2/2010 تاريخ 13/7/2010،

بناء على اقتراح وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: ضمت بلدية عين كفرزبد الى اتحاد بلديات شرق زحلة - قضاء زحلة - محافظة البقاع.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
