إن رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)، لا سيما المادة 115 منه،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 7187 تاريخ 18/1/2002، (إنشاء اتحاد بلديات اقليم التفاح)،

بناء على قرار بلدية عزة رقم 7 تاريخ 13/8/2010،

بناء على اقتراح وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

يرسم ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: ضمت بلدية عزة، الى اتحاد بلديات اقليم التفاح - قضاء النبطية - محافظة النبطية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
