المادة 6
مادة 6: يبقى المرخص لهما مسؤولين عن كل عطل أو ضرر يلحق بالغير وبالعقارات المجاورة وعن كل حادث يقع من جراء هذا الترخيص عند تنفيذ الاشغال وبعدها.
