المادة 1

مادة 1: تفتتح عمليات تحديد الاملاك العمومية على مياه ينابيع قرقريا المكونة من عين المنبوع ونبع الاصاف ونبع الوسطى ونبع الكدان ونبع مزرعة عيسا وينابيع العوينات الكائنة في خراج الفتوح قضاء كسروان - محافظة جبل لبنان.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تعين فيما بعد اللجنة المكلفة بعمليات التحديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: تجري عمليات التحديد وفقا لاحكام القرار رقم 144 تاريخ 10 حزيران سنة 1925.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر ويبلغ هذا المرسوم حيث تدعو الحاجة.
