المادة 43

يفقد الموظف حقه بالمعالجة على حساب الدولة اذا لم يعلم رئيسه المباشر بالمرض او الحادث في مهلة اقصاها خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ حصوله, ما لم يكن هنالك عذر مشروع.
