يستفيد المراقب العام من المنافع والخدمات التي تعطى للموظفين في ملاكه الاصلي ايا كان نوعها, وتدفع له بالاضافة الى رواتبه وتعويضاته ومخصصاته من موازنة البلدية او الاتحاد.
