يكتسب الحكم القوة التنفيذية من تاريخ صدوره اذا كان قطعيا او من التاريخ الذي يصبح قطعيا ما لم يمنح المحكوم عليه مهلة للتنفيذ او المحكوم له التنفيذ المعجل.
