المادة 999

يصدر القرار بحبس المدين فيما يختص بديون النفقة والبائنة والمهر المؤجل وبتسليم الولد القاصر عن رئيس دائرة التنفيذ, ويصدر عن النيابة العامة فيما يختص بجميع الديون الاخرى التي يجوز الحبس من اجلها بموجب احكام هذا القانون او القوانين الاخرى.
