المادة 1

بناء على المرسوم 3965 المؤرخ في 22 تشرين الاول سنة 1928 احيل الى المجلس العدلي المختلط مصطفى التخيخ وعلي شفيق ورفاقهما سواء كانوا مشتركين او متدخلين تدخلا فرعيا بتهمة انهم في الاراضي اللبنانية وفي ميعاد لم تنقض عليه مدة مرور الزمن ارتكبوا القتل قصدا وعمدا لا سيما قتل خضر القهوجي في ليلة 11 - 12 تموز سنة 1928 ثانيا ارتكبوا سرقات مقرونة بالاسباب المشددة ثالثا لايوائهم الفاعلين الاصليين وشركاءهم والمتدخلين تدخلا فرعيا بالجرائم المبينة آنفا وذلك عن علم باحوالهم
