المادة 1

بناء على المرسوم رقم 8556 المؤرخ في 14 ت 1 سنة 1931 احيل الى المجلس العدلي المختلط المدعو محمد الشيخ ورفاقه سواء كانوا مشتركين او متدخلين تدخلا فرعيا بتهمة انهم في قرية المرح (البقاع) في ليلة 9 و10 تشرين الاول سنة 1931 وعلى كل في اراضي الجمهورية اللبنانية وفي ميعاد لم تنقض عليه مدة مرور الزمن: اولا- اقدموا على قتل المدعو علي محمد القاق عمدا وعن سبق تصور وتصميم. ثانيا- حاولوا قتل والدة المدعو علي محمد القاق المذكور قصدا وعمدا.
