بناء على المرسوم رقم 5524 الصادر بتاريخ 7 تموز سنة 1954, تشكل الهيئة الفاحصة في امتحان المراقبين الصحيين المنصوص عنه في المرسوم رقم 5335 تاريخ 18 حزيران سنة 1954 من السادة: - مدير الصحة العامة رئيسا - رئيس مصلحة الشؤون الفنية في وزارة الصحة العامة عضوا - خبير الهندسة الصحية في وزارة الصحة العامة عضوا المهندس الصحي في بلدية بيروت عضوا - الدكتور زكن شخاشيري (استاذ الصحة العامة في الجامعة الاميركية) عضوا - تتقيد هذه اللجنة باحكام المرسوم رقم 5335 تاريخ 18 حزيران سنة 1954.
