المادة 1

بناء على المرسوم رقم 6271 الصادر بتاريخ 8 ايلول سنة 1954, يعطى المراقبون في الامتحانات الخطية للشهادة الابتدائية العالية وشهادة البكالوريا اللبنانية للتعليم الثانوي- دورة سنة 1954 الاولى- تعويضا يوميا مقطوعا قدره خمسماية وخمسون غرشا لبنانيا - تدفع هذه التعويضات وفقا لجدول يوقعه المدير العام لوزارة التربية الوطنية والفنون الجميلة رئيس اللجان الفاحصة. - تؤخذ قيمة هذه التعويضات من اعتمادات الفصل الرابع البند السادس الفقرة الرابعة.
