إن رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)، لا سيما المادة 115 منه،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 9535 تاريخ 17/12/2012 (انشاء اتحاد بلديات الدريب الغربي)،

بناء على قرار بلدية هيتلا رقم 8/م ب تاريخ 9/7/2016،

بناء على قرار اتحاد بلديات الدريب الغربي رقم 50/م تاريخ 10/9/2016،

بناء على اقتراح وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

يرسم ما يأتي:

ضمت بلدية هيتلا الى اتحاد بلديات الدريب الغربي محافظة عكار.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
