إن رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 102 تاريخ 16/9/1983 وتعديلاته (قانون الدفاع الوطني)، لاسيما المادة 19 منه،

بناء على اقتراح وزير الدفاع الوطني،

وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ 8/3/2017 .

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عين العميد الركن جوزاف عون قائداً للجيش، ورقي الى رتبة عماد اعتباراً من تاريخ 8/3/2017 .

المادة 2

ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به فور صدوره.
