المادة 5

يجري توزيع الرصيد المخصص لمشاريع التنمية في البلديات ولإنعاش المناطق وفقا لما ورد في البند ثانيا من المادة الثالثة أعلاه، والبالغ /44،308،000،000/ ل.ل. (أربعة وأربعون مليارا وثلاثماية وثمانية ملايين ليرة لبنانية)، بحيث يتم توزيع مبلغ /62،848،000/ ل.ل. (اثنان وستون مليونا وثمانماية وثمانية واربعون الف ليرة لبنانية) لكل من البلديات التالية:
