إن رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 151 تاريخ 16/9/1983 وتعديلاته (تنظيم وزارة العدل) لا سيما المادة 7 منه،

بناء على اقتراح وزير العدل،

وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ 12/9/2019،

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عُينت السيدة جويل شكري فواز (قاض من الدرجة 16) القاضي الملحقة بهيئة التشريع والاستشارات في وزارة العدل رئيساً للهيئة المذكورة (مركز شاغر).

المادة 2

ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
