إن رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 4461، تاريخ 15 كانون الأول 2000، (قانون الجمارك) وتعديلاته،

بناء على إنهاء الـمجلس الأعلى للجمارك،

بناء على اقتراح وزير الـمالية،

وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ 16/3/2022،

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يرفع تصنيف مكتب القاع الجمركي ــ البقاع من فئة ثانية الى فئة أولى.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا الـمرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
