تعديل الـمادة 14 من دفتر الشروط للاشتراك في دورات التراخيص في الـمياه البحرية اللبنانية الصادر بالـمرسوم 9095 تاريخ 29/4/2023:

تعدّل الـمادة 14 (النموذج النهائي لاتفاقية الاستكشاف والإنتاج) من دفتر الشروط للاشتراك في دورات التراخيص في الـمياه البحرية اللبنانية الصادر بالـمرسوم 9095 تاريخ 29/4/2023 وتبقى جميع مواد وملاحق دفتر الشروط دون أي تعديل، لتصبح كالتالي:
