إن رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور ولاسيما الـمادتين 52 و65 منه،

بناء على اقتراح وزير الخارجية والـمغتربين،

وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ 12/1/2024،

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

أبرم الإتفاق بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية وحكومة جمهورية السيشيل بشأن إلغاء تأشيرات الدخول بالنسبة للإقامة القصيرة لحاملي جوازات دبلوماسية، جوازات خاصة، جوازات خدمة أو رسمية وجوازات عادية، الـموقع بتاريخ 12/11/2024 والـمرفق ربطا.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا الـمرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
