المادة 1

مادة 1:

اجيز ابرام الاتفاق مع البنك الدولي للتعمير والانشاء

بشأن قرض لتمويل اعادة تأهيل المرفأ والاتصالات ومياه

بيروت واجراء دراسات مختلفة.

مادة 2:

اجيز ابرام الاتفاق مع البنك الدولي للتعمير والانشاء

بشأن تعديل القرض 944 - لبنان, لتمويل الطرقات , والقرض

877 - لبنان, لتمويل تأهيل المدارس الفنية والمهنية التي

تضررت من جراء الاحداث .

مادة 3:

يمكن عند الاقتضاء تحديد دقائق تطبيق احكام الاتفاق وطرق

الصرف وتنسيب الاعتمادات بمراسيم بناء على اقتراح وزير

المالية.

مادة 4:

يعمل بهذا المرسوم الاشتراعي في اليوم التالي نشره لصقا على

مدخل مقر رئاسة الحكومة.
