المادة 1

اجيز للحكومة ابرام الملحق الثاني للبروتوكول المالي بينها وبين الحكومة الفرنسية بقيمة /100/ مليون فرنك فرنسي والموقع من قبل وزير البريد والمواصلات السلكية واللاسلكية بتاريخ 7/9/1982 .

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا المرسوم الاشتراعي فور نشره لصقا على مدخل مقر رئاسة الحكومة.
