يفوض الى وزير المالية توقيع مشروع الاتفاق المقدم من ال "Credit National" بكتابه رقم 210 تاريخ 5 تموز 1968 عملا بأحكام البروتوكول المذكور ويعمل بهذا البروتوكول اعتبارا من 5 تموز 1968 .
