مادة 1: ابرم اتفاق التعاون الاقتصادي والتقني بين حكومة جمهورية لبنان وحكومة جمهورية الصين الشعبية، الموقع في بيروت بتاريخ 14/1/2010 والمتضمن هبة بقيمة /20.000.000/ يوان ر م ب (فقط عشرون مليون يوان رنمني RMB Yuan).
