المادة 1

مادة وحيدة: بسبب الظروف التي نشأت عن حالة الحرب تمدد حتى 31 ك1 سنة 1946 جميع المهل المنصوص عليها في المادة الرابعة من اتفاقية باريس الدولية المؤرخة في 20 اذار سنة 1883 المعدلة في لندن بتاريخ 2 حزيران سنة 1934 وفي المادة 45 المعدلة بالقرار رقم 164 تاريخ 8 ك1 سنة 1938 وفي المادتين 60 و86 من القرار رقم 2385 الصادر في 17 ك2 سنة 1924 المتعلق بحماية الملكية التجارية والصناعية بحق الاشخاص القاطنين خارج الجمهورية اللبنانية.
