    مادة 24: أ- يعدل البند "2" من المادة 476 على الشكل الاتي: 2- حائزا على الشهادة الثانوية من احدى الكليات الشرعية التي تدرس علوم الشريعة او حائزا على شهادة البكالوريا اللبنانية القسم الثاني او ما يعادلها. ب- يلغى البند الخامس من المادة المذكورة.
