اقر مجلس النواب،

وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المواد

المادة 1

تلغى القرارات رقم 18 تاريخ 26/01/1940 ورقم 469 تاريخ 04/08/1941 ورقم 127 تاريخ 18/03/1943 ورقم 200 تاريخ 08/05/1943 ورقم 370 تاريخ 08/09/1943 الصادرة عن المفوض السامي الفرنسي.

المادة 2

تحدد دقائق تطبيق هذا القانون بمراسيم تتخذ في مجلس الوزراء بناء على اقتراح وزير المالية بعد استطلاع رأي المجلس المركزي لمصرف لبنان.

المادة 3

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
