المادة 78

على مالكي الابنية ومستثمريها وعلى شاغليها تسهيل مهمة الموظفين المشار اليهم في المادة السابقة وتمكينهم من اجراء الكشف والمعاينة واستجماع المعلومات التي تقتضيها مهمتهم دون اي عائق.
